Who was handling your insurance assignments before Claimcheck?
Before Claimcheck, had you ever been in a situation where you held the service and then have to request payment from the families months later?
Yes, before my husband and I assumed control over the business, payment plans were allowed. A lot of these were being defaulted, so we hired a local lawyer to collect the funds.
However, that wasn’t the image we wanted in our community, so we decided to change our strategy and not do payment plans anymore. Instead, we require payment up front or through insurance, which is where Claimcheck comes in.
